Executive Offices is locally owned and operated by GN Associates, a local company that has an established reputation of excellence in the development and management of commercial and residential properties in downtown State College.
With two convenient locations, Executive Offices offers professionals and businesses a unique office concept that combines a beautifully furnished private office, shared receptionist, well appointed conference room and many other flexible amenities.
With rates as low as $210/month at Executive Offices Downtown and as low as $250/month at Executive Offices II, Executive Offices has been designed to reduce business overhead by eliminating the need for support staff and expensive office equipment.

Lynne
General Manager, GN Associates
Lynne was hired as the first official GN Associates employee. Several re-locations and career-moves later, she returned in March 2020 to oversee the GN Associates rental business and both Executive Office locations. Lynne has over 30 years of experience in property management, facilities maintenance and insurance brokerage. Offering well maintained and clean office space to our tenants is always her top priority. Gardening, fitness and spending the day on the lake in a kayak are her favorite past times.
Ashley
Property Liaison, Executive Offices
Ashley joined Executive Offices the end of August 2022. While office space rentals are new to Ashley, she previously worked in property management as a leasing agent for student apartments. She looks forward to continuing to provide our current and future tenants with exceptional customer service, while also bringing new ideas to the business. In her free time you can find her attending concerts and haunted houses, or in the kitchen testing a new recipe.
Meredith
Property Liaison, Executive Offices II
Meredith has been part of the Executive Office team for 10+ years. Prior to serving in her current role, Meredith worked for 4 years as a Rental Consultant at GN Associates. She enjoys working with a diverse group of professionals, coordinating marketing, making sure each visitor feels welcome upon arrival and finds personal satisfaction in learning new skills and technology. When not working, Meredith enjoys camping, kayaking and spending time with friends and family.
